"My mortgage company emailed me and said they needed a copy of my renewed policy. I called the office on a Friday at 4:30 and Aubrey answered and said she could help me. I gave her the fax number and she faxed the documents over to the mortgage company. I really appreciated her doing that for me so quickly and late on a Friday afternoon. She was so sweet and kind!
